Kasia Senyszyn
Kasia is an Accessibility Manager and EDI practitioner in the higher education sector, supporting D/deaf, disabled and neurodiverse staff and students to achieve their full potential by reducing and removing physical, digital or systemic barriers. Her particular focuses are on institutional culture change, training and skills enhancement, and policy development.
As the daughter of a deafened dad and a British Sign Language student, Kasia is an ardent advocate for the D/deaf community and for improving access to and participation in the arts. She is a problem-solver at heart and loves to learn new ways to develop and share best practice to improve accessibility for all.
