Our event will include a number of interactive workshops featuring four incredible speakers, each one speaking to the action we must take to overcome the barriers present in the modern workplace.
 
There’ll also be plenty of time to network and get stuck in, sharing different perspectives with fellow guests. Don’t forget to pick up your goodie bag, jam-packed with resources and sweet treats!
 
Our fantastic line-up of speakers includes:
 
• Being #UnconventionALL – Payal Jain, Managing Director of JCURV & Chair of Women in Data, speaks to her own personal experiences of being unconventional in her work as a woman and how to make a lasting impact
• Hiring, the #UnconventionALL Way – Harrington Starr’s very own CCO, Nadia Edwards-Dashti, who also hosts the FinTech’s DEI Discussions podcast and a regular Forbes contributor, will be spearheading a session on how to make sure your future hires are truly ‘UnconventionALL’
• Gender Equality in Coding – Are you conscious of gender biases or imbalances in your workplace? Meri Williams, CTO of Pleo, takes to the podium to discuss this topic and what can be done to bring balance to the industry
• Cheerleaders for Success – Women have every bit as much potential as their male colleagues, and yet fewer find themselves in positions of leadership. Daniele Fiandaca, Founder of Token Man Consulting, will reveal what Token Men are doing to foster better male allies in the workplace and be cheerleaders of successful female professionals
