Stagetext works with some of the most amazing theatre and cultural spaces across the UK, both in the subsidised and commercial sectors. We offer theatre captions and live subtitles to support deaf access. We also offer deaf awareness training led by our Head of Training who has lived experience of deafness, for venues and organisations that want to create an inclusive experience for audiences.
We work all over the UK. From delivering theatre captioning in venues ranging from major arts and cultural institutions such as Shakespeare’s Globe to smaller independent spaces like the Gorleston Pavilion in Norfolk. We also provide live subtitling for events including the Edinburgh International Book Festival, Towner Art Gallery in Eastbourne, and the BAFTA Awards ceremonies.
