Super Sensory Share

The Super Sensory Share celebrates 40 years of Oily Cart and sensory theatre by sharing our most treasured tips, tools and approaches as far and wide as possible.
 
The share days feature workshops and talks from the Oily Cart creatives and a selection of world leading sensory professionals to inspire and share creative sensory ideas and resources that can be used at home or at school.
 
We warmly invite all parents/Carers, educators and practitioners that work with, and live with, disabled children to come and play in a sensory way!*
Day 1 will focus on positive risk and inclusive play. Speakers include Oily Cart co-founder and former Music Director Max Reinhardt.
 
Day 2 will focus on making sensory spaces to connect, at home sensory ideas, and sensory room tips. Speakers include Oily Cart co-founder and former Artistic Director Tim Webb, and sensory specialist Joanna Grace.
 
We look forward to announcing more speakers and facilitators.
* Please note that this event is not aimed at theatremakers making sensory theatre for venues. The course is designed to focus on sensory engagement within school, home or social care contexts.
