Join us as we take you on a speech-to-text tour of our latest exhibition, Beethoven. This event takes place from 18.00 – 19.30 at the British Library.
Ludwig van Beethoven’s work changed the course of music, and he became one of the most influential composers of all time. On this tour, we will explore the mind of this creative genius at work through items belonging to the composer himself and manuscripts scrawled in his own distinctive hand.
Discover how he blazed a trail as we explore his notebooks, his earliest known draft of a symphonic movement and surviving sketches of his much-loved Pastoral Symphony.
