Ignite your senses as we explore a painting though a guided slow look, led by Christina Bradstreet. Learn to wind down against the backdrop of a beautiful French water garden in Monet’s ‘The Water-Lily Pond’. Then pick up a pencil to sketch along with artist Jo Lewis and try creative drawing exercises to complement mindful looking.
