Synopsis

Our first summit is about the scale of the transformation needed at this critical moment in human history. The problems we face are global, and often as individuals, it’s easy to feel hopeless. When bold utopian visions are offered – from a society without work to a ‘green new deal’ – they are often dismissed as fantasies. So are we dreaming too big or too small? Join leading thinkers and radical doers for practical, everyday advice on how to completely change the world. With speakers including Kwame Kwei-Armah (Tree), Ibrahim Mahama (Parliament of Ghosts), Rimini Protokoll (Utopolis Manchester) and Michael Symmons Roberts (The Anvil).
