Key facts
Genre: Talk
Synopsis
Speaker: Professor Peter Abrahams, Clinical Anatomist
Is there still anything to be learnt from Leonardo’s anatomical exploration and artistic expression? This lecture explores the value of Leonardo’s anatomical drawings as a tool for understanding the human body, and how amazingly he anticipated modern imagery used by the medical profession of today.
Lecture tickets are £5.00, but as it also gives access to the exhibition all visitors must have either a valid 1-Year Pass or a standard gallery ticket, which is £9.25 / £8.50. If you buy a standard gallery ticket for the first lecture, you can convert this into a 1-Year Pass and then come to the other lectures for only the lecture price.
Booking is essential.
