Season's Greetings at National Theatre - Lyttelton Theatre, London
By Fiorenzo Cecere
It’s been a wonderful Christmas for me, and I was feeling sad that it was coming to an end. Thankfully, Season’s Greetings provided me with a perfect pick-me-up.
This play centres on a typical family dealing with an assortment of typical problems over the festive period. Thank goodness my family’s festivities were almost trouble-free!
Normally, it takes me a while to become accustomed to a large ensemble, like the cast of the above play, with all sorts of dialogue flying around and sub-plots overlapping relentlessly. But, as has been the case many times before, the captions helped me follow this play with ease. This play certainly put a smile on my face.
Wishing everyone at STAGETEXT and all caption users a very Happy New Year.
